You can count on a well-functioning product. In the unlikely event that something has (broken), we are happy to help you. Let us know. A satisfied customer is our greatest pride. We respect the legal warranty period of 2 years. But you can always contact us afterwards.
Even if you have a complaint, we would like to hear this via firstname.lastname@example.org. We learn the most from that. We try to help you as quickly and above all as possible.
If this does not lead to the desired result for you, you can report your dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkelkeur.
In addition, from February 15, 2016 it is possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the Europan Commisson. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit it via the European Union platform.
